Steve Ganesh, CEO/ Founder
Steve is the founder and guiding force of BulletHire and PyramidST.com. He has 25 years of IT/Internet product management, sales, marketing, business development and recruiting. Former IT "Big Six" Manager, Steve built his own recruiting practice in 1996 and in 2002, built the recruiting software arm of the business. Steve has successfully grown the company to leading the field with the "next generation" job board, coined by Steve as "the Job Board that thinks!".

Marco Tilli, Chief Strategist and CTO
Marco has 25 years in industry, a former VP for Oracle Corporation where he worked for 17 years, responsible for delivering numerous technological milestones, including the first web-enabled release of Oracle e-Business Suite as well as bringing Oracle Portal from inception to market leadership. Equally at ease white-boarding new product ideas with engineers, or delivering a keynote speech, Marco brings a wealth of expertise to the management team.

Doug Harrison, CFO and Controller
Doug has over 25 years as a CFO/Controller and has been part of the BulletHire and PyramidST team since its inception back in 2000. Doug has spent the last several years working for a SaaS company, yielding private and VC equity funding rounds, and also the M&A of companies and asset purchases. Doug has Bachelor and Master degrees from Scottish Universities.

Erik Berger, VP of Sales
Erik has successfully served as the VP of Sales for the past three years working for BulletHire and PyramidST. Prior to this, Erik had over 10 years as a Recruiter working for Oracle Corporation, Digital Impact and Postini. Erik has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Sacramento State University.
